Labour hire
Quality people,
screened by people
who do the work.
We are a quality control consultancy first. That is exactly why our labour hire is different — we can assess whether a QA candidate is actually any good, because we do the job ourselves every week.

Why us
A generalist recruiter cannot tell a good QA officer from a confident one.
Quality roles are unusually easy to interview well for and unusually hard to perform well in. The gap only shows up when something goes wrong on a Friday afternoon.
Because we run food safety programs, shelf life studies and audits ourselves, we can put technical questions to a candidate and understand the answers. We know what a competent hold decision looks like, what a real corrective action reads like, and whether someone has genuinely run an environmental monitoring program or has only watched one being run.
Placements are also backed by our consultancy team. If the person on your site hits something outside their depth, they have somewhere to go that is not your production manager.

Fixed-term
How placement works
Brief on Monday, on site by the week after.
Timelines depend on the role and the shift pattern, but the sequence never changes.
L/01
Brief
We take the role, the shift pattern, the standard you work to and the systems the person will need to pick up.
L/02
Screen
Right to work, qualifications and referees are verified before anyone is put forward. Nothing is taken on trust.
L/03
Place
Candidates are inducted to your site requirements before day one, so the first shift is productive rather than orientation.
L/04
Support
We check in through the placement and stay technically available to the person we placed and to you.
What you get
Four things we take off your desk
- Verified before offer
- Right to work, qualifications, food safety training and referees are all confirmed prior to placement.
- Technically supervised
- Placements are backed by our consultancy team, so a difficult technical question does not stall your shift.
- Correctly engaged
- Award classification, superannuation, insurance and payroll obligations sit with us, documented and current.
- Replaceable
- If a placement is not right, tell us early and we replace them. You should not be managing our recruiting risk.
